A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product condition that would not allow us to resell. RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by Safety4ucanada before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned original packaging. Safety4ucanada will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Safety4ucanada's discretion

Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by Safety4ucanada. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within a (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Safety4ucanada.

WARRANTIES: We guarantee all Safety4ucanada products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer we will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Important Note on all Freight Delivery Items

Before signing for any trucking delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Freight damage must be handled by the Customer directly with the delivering Carrier by either refusing obviously damaged packaging or by filing a damage claim directly with the delivering Carrier if concealed damage is discovered after opening the package.

Return Merchandise Policy

Surveillance Equipment
If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days from time of delivery.
The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges.
For a refund of the purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original packaging.
In order to return your product, please contact us via email at: office@safety4ucanada.com  to receive a Return Authorization Number ( R.A.N. ). All products that are accepted for return, which we will determine are not defective or restockable, will be charged a 30% per item restocking fee.

In order for us to ship to a residential address we need a contact number of family, friend or neighbour.

All orders are shipped prepaid USPS & CPS Ground. Unless other arrangements are made. 

Most orders are shipped out within the next business day and may take 7 to 21 days to receive.

We know how expensive shipping can become. Charges are solely on the order and destination. Weight can differ the cost.

We have five manufactures that we use to make up our entire line of products. Depending on the contents of your order some products may be shipped separately. Please don`t be alarmed, as we will ensure that your complete order will arrive via UPS ground, all within a few business days of each other.

No extra charges for shipping will apply if orders are separate manufactures, Unless weight is a concern we will pay the extra shipping Cost (Not Weight Cost)    

We at Safety4UCanada will track your order along its route to insure its arrival of its destination.

NOTE:
If your order weight is over a 50 lbs. or Over sized. We will not be unable to tell you the Shipping Cost at the time of your order placement, We will contact you via email or telephone with a ground shipping total that way we will let you know, so we may process and ship your order. Sorry, for any inconvenience, We do not Credit Card Payments over the telephone.
